There is no long-term commitment and no cancellation fees. You may cancel your membership at any time.
Refunds are available for unused weeks only within your current billing cycle. Any week that has already begun or been delivered is considered used and is non-refundable.
A minimum 2-day notice is required prior to the start of the next weekly cycle in order to receive a refund for that upcoming week. Example: If new meal plans are released on Thursday, cancellation must be submitted by Tuesday to avoid being charged for that week.
Upon cancellation, all future unused weeks will be automatically refunded. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email with your subscription end date and refund details (if applicable). If you do not receive confirmation, please contact support to ensure your cancellation has been processed.
